MTO Trails Lowveld in conjunction with SAFCOL, offers a variety of World Class trails for all outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy Trail Running, Hiking and Mountain Biking all in one Region. Permits are valid from 1 December to 30 November.
This permit is for a Family unit of 2 Adults and 2-3 Children.

Inclusions and Exclusions

InclusionsAnnual Permit giving access to MTB trails for a fixed period between 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025. This permit gives access to two Adults and Two Children under 18 years of age. The Permit user has access to Trail Running and Mountain Biking trails within MTO's and SAFCOL's Boundaries as per the trail maps. Bike identification boards to be collected at the local bike Shop, Cranktech, in Whiite River with proof of payment.

Requirements
After purchase, please collect your identification board with proof of payment.
Suitable for: All trail users, from novice to expert mountain bikers. The trails are clearly marked for each type of user ensuring caution for technically demanding trails.
Bike required: A good quality, well-maintained off-road mountain bike is needed. Dual travel bikes are recommended.
Trail and surface types: There are five grading types of trails, Yellow for Hiking, Green for Beginners, Blue for Intermediate, Red for Advanced, and Black for Expert – Black trails contain great technical challenges and often continuous difficulty.
Gradients and technical trail features: Depending on the trail types, there will be various features.
Suggested skill level: All Skill Levels.
